Supercuts Complaint

Been a customer of the Crestwood, IL. Supercuts for about 10 years. I have been completely satisfied up until the last 8 months. Within the last 8 months I have had my hair cut 3 times by a dark haired gal with a very strange personality (sorry, I don't know her name but I'm sure the employees know who I am speaking of based on my description).
Anyway, this gal is a complete hack when it comes to hair dressing. On each of the 3 occasions I have been there I have had to ask this gal to make corrections to the cut she just gave me. I'm a guy and not that picky about my hair but like I said, this gal is a hack.
She has to be told to trim eye brows and ears. She has to be told to apply powder to the neck after a cut. She responds with "I guess I could".
I called in this morning at 11AM to let them know that I would be in at 11:30AM. This chickie answers and when I tell her the reason for my call, she says "I really can't write down your name right now". I asked her why and her reply was "I guess I could". I arrived at the store a half hour later and this gal says "OK, come this way". I said "No, that's ok, I want her to cut my hair" pointing to the other gal (manager I assume). This gal then waits for me to sit down and then says "I hope you have cash, our card machine is broke". Unbelievable, she could not have told me this before I drove over on my lunch break?
I will try the Crestwood store one more time but if I have to deal with this lazy hack again, I%u2019m done with Supercuts.
